Process
Initial Consultation
Since our first call and consultation, we will help you establishing the main objectives that you want to achieve for your home, and determine a scope of work.
Concept Design
After going over the client’s objectives and implementing them into the project’s initial concept, we analyze different alternatives to find the design solution tailored to you.
Design Development
We create a strong concept base for each project. This means understanding and developing the design and coordinating with other professionals and disciplines that the project might require.
Construction Documentation
Once the design has been approved, the information will translate to construction documents. We coordinate with other consultants to produce a complete set of drawings.
Plan Check
We are ready to submit the complete set of drawings to the city for approval.
Support During Construction
The studio offers support to the client during the construction process.
